Booking
Because of the time it takes for scheduling between seasons and the planning/supplies/guide wages it takes to get our hunts ready for our clients, we have to stick to a payment plan and cancellation policy. Once you put a deposit down with us, we then are securing your spot and will not book anybody else it that spot and lose the opportunity to continue looking, so we highly recommend trip insurance when you book anybody outfitted hunt, so you're covered in case you need to cancel your hunt.
- All hunts have 6% Idaho sales tax
- A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required at time of booking.
- 2nd payment is due half-way through
- Balance of hunt will be due 60 days prior to arrival, unless other arrangements are made.
If for some reason you decide to cancel your hunting trip, there will be a sliding scale of how much we will refund, depending on how close to the hunt. See graph below for details:
